HILTI HY 200-R Epoxy Hybrid Injectable Mortar (Two Pack)

Introducing the revolutionary new HIT-Z anchor rod, which eliminates the need for hole cleaning. The automatic hole cleaning feature is achieved using TE-CD and TE-YD drill bits along with the Hilti VC20/40 vacuum. The working time has been optimized for rebar and deep anchoring applications, making it suitable for use in both cracked and uncracked concrete with all anchor rods and rebar.

Contractors have the flexibility to select the ideal working time based on application and temperature conditions. This versatile product is designed for a variety of applications, including anchoring structural steel connections and secondary steel structures such as steel columns, beams, racking, guard rails, and sound barriers. It is also suitable for seismic strengthening, retrofitting, and bracing of reinforced concrete buildings, as well as for straight connections with post-installed rebars and the substitution of misplaced and missing rebars.

Each can/cartridge contains 11.1 fluid oz (330 ml) and is suitable for use on both dry and wet concrete surfaces. Cleaning procedures include auto cleaning with the Hilti Hollow Drill Bit, compressed-air cleaning, or no cleaning at all with the Hilti HIT-Z rod. The anchoring elements supported by this product include HAS threaded rods, HIS-N internally threaded inserts, HIT-Z torque-controlled bonded anchors, and rebar. It is also designed to withstand seismic loading.

The product is approved for use in accordance with the International Building Code (IBC) 2006, 2009, and 2012. It is recommended to store and transport the product within a temperature range of 41°F - 77°F, and it is suitable for in-service temperatures ranging from -40 - 248 °F. Each package includes (1) foil pack, (1) mixer, and (1) mixer extension, with the Hilti Part Number: 2045036. The product has also been tested and approved by ICC-ES for concrete and seismic applications.
